The water tank wasn’t filling and I was not getting city water inside my motorhome so I called King’s Mobile RV Service. Boy am I glad I did. Steve knew what the problem was immediately. I snapped a couple of photos of the intake spigot on my water setup, texted them to him, and he came out that day and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. He even helped me unhook my toad car, which is not easy for an older lady traveling alone. If you need any kind of repair work call this guy. He’s friendly and efficient and very helpful. Mr King helped us by phone after hours to get our travel trailer furnace going again. 3 phone calls later, it was up and running and we were able to sleep with heat on this cold night! My wife and I woke up to a freezing cold trailer on Christmas morning. We called several mobile RV techs to try and get service on our 2020 Jayco 317RLOK, not expecting to hear from anyone during the holiday weekend. Steve called me back the morning of 12/26 and said he could fit us in that afternoon. He came out to the Lubbock KOA and pulled our Dometic furnace and isolated the problem to the circuit board. I’m happy to say that a week later and several hundred miles down the road our furnace is functioning great. We had to enlist the service of Kings RV concerning 3 awnings that had been torn loose from our RV because of severe winds the two days before. We called in the evening and Steve worked us in asap the next morning. Unfortunately the only thing Steve could do was cut off the awnings and take off the supports. Steve was friendly, professional and kind!! After a long drive from Canada with no running water, Steve came out on a Saturday morning to check my water pump that wasn’t working. It was a quick fix (since I had missed opening a valve by the water tank after it had sat winterized for 7 months). He chuckled with me and then didn’t even charge me for the visit. We travelled to Lubbock for a family emergency and at last minute didn’t have a pet boarding facility so we had to take our dog. After we set up and went to sleep, the next morning our A/C wasn’t working. We called Steve at 7:30am and he was out repairing the issue by 10am. He is very courteous and professional. I’d like to say that I called Mr. King about an issue with my rv. The service charge was going to be $120 alone not counting what parts and labor would cost. We called Steve early in the day,by noon he was on his way to help us. The main problem was too extensive (electrical shortage throughout the camper) to repair on site.
